Whether you are looking for a personal one-time consultation or ongoing life-coaching and support, Sankalpa Wellness can structure private sessions that are customized to meet your individual needs. From increasing strength to reducing back aches and arthritic pain, improving sleep patterns to reducing stress and increasing energy – yoga has a multitude of benefits for everyone.
Currently we offer online classes via YogaFit® Training Systems Worldwide, individual coaching via Zoom, FaceTime or Skype as well as individual private sessions at local spas and clinics in the Dallas (Texas) metroplex.
